Commercial Window Replacement Program

The replacement of windows in Commercial Buildings with Energy Star Qualified products improves comfort, reduces operating costs and makes your building quieter. Projects must be completed by a qualified window contractor.

  • Commercial Building must be electrically heated.
  • Pre-existing windows that are single pane, single pain with storm windows or double pane with metal frames.
  • Replacement windows must have a National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) rated U-value of 0.30 or lower.
  • The incentive is $9 per square foot of window replaced.
