Board Director Election

Our annual Board Director election kicked off on March 21, 2023.

Qualified voters are Members who own the property (or represent the property ownership such as an LLC) and pay the monthly electric bill to Elmhurst Mutual Power & Light. Members who meet these requirements are eligible to vote. If you have questions about whether you are eligible to vote, please contact Elmhurst’s corporate office and we can help answer your question.

To vote online, please have your Account Number ready and visit Pioneer Votes.

Members will receive a separate mailing with biographical information about our four candidates and a paper ballot, if you prefer to submit your vote by mail. Electronic voting closes on April 24, 2023, at 4 p.m. You may still submit a paper ballot at the Company office up to the date of the annual meeting on April 27, 2023, and at the beginning of the annual meeting itself on April 27th at 6 p.m.
