Elmhurst Shine a Light Foundation
The Elmhurst Shine a Light Foundation provides emergency financial assistance to qualified, low-income customers struggling to pay their electric bills. One hundred percent (100%) of donations from Elmhurst customers directly benefit families and senior citizens within our service area. All contributions are held in a separate fund and are tax deductible.
If you would like to help others by contributing to the Elmhurst Shine a Light Foundation, please find the Shine a Light Contribution page in SmartHub, call our office, or specify the donation amount on your payment stub. A separate check is not necessary.
If you are in need of assistance, please come into the office with photo ID to complete the application.
