Election for Board Directors ‐ 2025

We have 2 Board Directors up for reelection this year (Leo Dreith and Scott Coleman). The election will start on March 24 at 9 a.m.

All members of Elmhurst are eligible to vote, and all will receive a paper ballot. If you prefer, you may vote electronically through your SmartHub account. In previous elections, your customer number was required to vote electronically. However, you may now simply log into SmartHub to vote. Your identity as an Elmhurst member will be verified through that process. If you forget and vote both by paper and electronically, the electronic vote will prevail.

Further instructions will be available by mail with your ballot and our Facebook posts as we approach March 24. Online voting will close on April 21, but paper ballots will be accepted through the time of our annual meeting on April 24.
