Woman holding Elma, the bunnyWe’d like to recognize a small company in Elmhurst’s service area who helped us out a few weeks ago.

One of our team rescued a bunny on the side of the road on her way to work. After much Googling and phone calls to veterinarians in Pierce County, we found the Binky Bunny‐Tales Rescue. Jennifer Lowe, Owner, responded quickly to our email inquiry and came to Elmhurst to pick up our bunny.

Elma had a fractured leg, but the vet was able to set and save her leg. Jennifer kindly kept us up to date on Elma’s progress and gave us good information about how to care for bunnies in distress in the future. We are delighted to hear that Elma was adopted about a week ago and continues to thrive.

We were grateful for Jennifer’s help and happy to know Elma is doing so well after her injury. If you are interested in supporting Jennifer’s work or learning more about bunny rescue and caring for bunnies, please check out Jennifer’s website at the Binky Bunny-Tales Rescue website.
