Elmhurst is a Cooperative owned by its Members who are property owners in our service area. While this membership comes with many benefits including lower rates and higher reliability of services, this also means property owners ultimately are responsible if their tenants do not pay their electric bills.
You can stay informed about charges accruing to your property by adjusting notification settings in your SmartHub account (accessible through our website). Login to SmartHub. From there, navigate to “Notifications”, then “Manage Notifications”. From here you can see accounts for your properties and ask to be notified of balance changes.
