Wind and hail and sun and snow – it has all happened so far in April!
On April 4, our Line Crews worked 25 hours straight and long days the rest of that week to restore power, and our Customer Service team answered over 1,200 calls. Downed power lines interrupted our power supply from Tacoma City Light delaying the restoration of power. Equipment failures on shared poles with Puget Sound Energy also complicated our efforts.
We wanted to remind everyone that we do have live phone coverage 24×7. If you are unable to get through, it is because the lines are overloaded, not because we aren’t here.
