Outage Map – It is Live!

We are excited to announce Elmhurst now has an outage map. Customers may access the map by logging into their SmartHub account (see below image).

It “took a village” to implement this and make sure it would accurately report outages, and we want to especially thank our Customer Service Manager, Krista, Operations Manager, Corey, and Deputy Operations Supervisor, Mark for endless troubleshooting.

Our Customer Service team can much more quickly respond to reports of outages and our line crew can more easily see and respond to the source and location of outages.

If you do not have a SmartHub account, you can sign up for one at our website, then click on “Pay My Bill) on the top right corner.

From here, you will be prompted to log into your account or sign up for an account (see below image). If you have any trouble, you can call our Customer Service team for assistance.

Finally, you can access the Outage Map through your mobile phone and the SmartHub app.
