- A heating and cooling system that doesn’t need ductwork to distribute air
Standard Air Source Heat Pump (Ducted)
Current Incentive $1,250
- The heat pump takes heat from the outside air, even when it’s cold, uses a bit of electricity to boost that heat, and then sends it inside your home to warm it up.
Variable Speed Air Source Heat Pump (Ducted)
Current Incentive $1,560
- Best at maintaining consistent indoor temperatures and can adjust its power based on the current temperature needs.
Variable Speed Heat Pump Upgrade (Ducted)
Current Incentive $600
- For customers who have an existing Heat Pump, Oil or Natural gas forced air furnace with duct work.
Heat Pump Water Heater
- HPWH (40 gallon): Current Incentive $1,400
- HPWH (Tier 3 50 gallon +): Current Incentive $1,600
- HPWH (Tier 4 50 gallon +): Current Incentive $1,800

2025 Clothes Washer-Clothes Dryer Form PDFLow-Income Clothes Washer and Dryer Program
The program is through Weir’s Appliance and provides up to $800 for the Energy Star washer and up to $800 for the Energy Star dryer ($1,600 total). Weir’s Appliance has the attached washer and dryer form, the customer completes the self-attestation form to confirm that they qualify for the low-income program.
