Beat the Heat

Elmhurst has three incentive programs to keep you cool this summer. All are for homes site built or manufactured.

Ductless Heat Pump ($800) provides both heating and air conditioning. Current incentives are for homes with forced air electric furnaces, electric baseboard, electric wall heaters or electric ceiling cable.
Ducted Heat Pump Conversion (without PTCS testing and registry) is for customers who have an existing electric forced air furnace with duct work. Current incentives:
- Air Source Heat Pump Conversions – $800
- Variable Speed Air Source Heat Pump Conversions – $1,000
Ducted Heat Pump Conversion (with PTCS testing & registry) is for customers who have an existing electric forced air furnace with duct work. Current incentives:
- Air Source Heat Pump Conversions – $1,400
- Variable Speed Air Source Heat Pump Conversions – $1,600
